We’re looking for a Senior Manager Digital Product, Wireless to join the team.

The Senior Manager Digital Product, Wireless will lead the efforts to transform, evolve, and maintain the overarching Wireless digital strategy.

As a key member of the Digital Wireless Outcomes team this role will provide thought leadership and strategic direction for the business by building partnerships with internal stakeholders across consumer product, marketing and technology.

Candidates will advocate for the consumer experience, ensure simplified solutions and ensure growth targets and KPIs are set and achieved.

The Senior Manger Digital Product is an empowered decision maker, they will lead and mentor a team of Product Owners and have an innovation mindset.

What you will do…
• Develop digital strategies and plans based on business objectives, insights, stats, facts and grounded through the consumer lens.

• Drive digital capabilities and functionality to align with KPIs and targets to ensure we are enabling a quality platform
• Lead and manage a team responsible for all customer facing online functionalities from plan to execution, to post launch analysis and optimization.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align on digital objectives and roadmap.

• Work with product managers across digital to identify best in class digital experiences.

• Manage, coach, and lead a team of product owners
• Deliver in depth and up to date analysis of industry best practices, competitive landscape and emerging technologies
• Embrace platform thinking to drive efficient and repeatable product delivery
• Simplify processes by embracing and leading Agile teams
• Participate and influence ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities
• Seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies.

You can and do enjoy adapting to new tools and trends
• Forecasting, budgeting and production of dashboards
• Identify and explore different strategies available for researching product ideas, acquiring new customers and delighting existing ones
• Identify and work with suppliers and strategic partners to drive product innovation and differentiation What you will bring…
• A passion for and deep experience in a what it means to be a senior digital product owner
• Putting the customer at the centre of everything that you do
• Solid understanding of telecom, wireless market trends, digital transformation and emerging technologies.

• Keen understanding of the web/app ecosystems and how they meet stakeholders needs
• A belief that business partnerships and relationship management skills matter and how we can collaborate to drive success for our business
• A self-starter who takes ownership and is able to work effectively with little supervision
• The ability to sell ideas/concepts to various levels of the organization through logical and persuasive arguments
• Technical solution savviness that will support and enhance business outcomes
• Creative ability with practical application
• Accountability and Collaboration on your list of values
• Comfortable working with ambiguous concepts and with green field technology
