What you will do:
– Provide strategic direction for the design
– Develop and refine the structural process and governance to ensure smooth and seamless execution of partnership programs
– Identify and qualify potential partners against our strategic pillars and business priorities
– Lead the development of partner marketing strategies and campaigns with cross functional partners (Brand
– Develop partner marketing tools and ensure that partner programs meet marketing objectives
– Deliver on both sales and revenue growth targets by line of business
– Influence priorities and roadmaps with cross functional partners to deliver new capabilities
– Evaluate new marketing technologies to identify the latest features and tools available to drive innovative partner programs and fulfillment opportunities
– Foster a test and learn environment by piloting programs with A/B testing to understand the ability to accelerate contact and conversion What you will bring:
– 5 years experience in Co Marketing or partnership programs
– 5 years of managing highly-complex digital marketing programs including hand on experience working with marketing technology platforms
– 5 years of experience and knowledge of best practices in current demand generation tactics of B2C/Telco is an asset
– Experienced in Lead generation and management strategies and tactics
– Superior organizational skills
– Superior thinking, reasoning, and other cognitive abilities
– Proven stakeholder management abilities
– Ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
– Excellent oral and written communications skills and presentation skills
– Ability to take initiative and work autonomously; able to lead by influence across a wide breadth of stakeholders
– Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem solving
