Senior Growth Marketing Manager

As our Senior Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end paid social, display, online video campaigns execution and optimization as well as lead our affiliate program and other growth initiatives.

Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you will drive customer acquisition for both our meal kit and new 30-minute grocery delivery offerings, as well as lead a growing team.

You will be called upon to work cross-functionally with the CRM team, operations team, and technology team to bring new products and services to Canadians.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader and a data-savvy performance oriented individual who has a passion for digital media, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and who will be passionate about finding new ways to grow our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development of Goodfood’s paid social, search, and online video strategy across all ad platforms, allocate and optimize our multi-million dollars monthly media budget across platforms and funnel stages to reach acquisition targets Identify and lead alternative growth initiatives such as our affiliate program or door-to-door sales activities and continuously think of new ways to attract customers, collaborating with other functions of the business and new partners as needed Evaluate creative performance by campaign type and channel with your team and work with internal and external partners to continuously improve creative performance Lead a team of paid specialists, strategists, and analysts and facilitate their professional development Work cross-functionally with the CRM team to facilitate their multi-channel journeys for known members in order to maximize LTV Work with the marketing technology team and digital product team to build and maintain tracking, feeds, AdTech products, and improve landing page experience and relevance Keep track of latest industry trends, best practices and competitors and translate into concrete ideas for Goodfood DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience with managing a high performing team in performance marketing for a high-growth D2C or e-commerce brand.

5-10 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with hands on experience in executing paid social, search, display, and online video campaigns At least 3 years of experience managing a team Experience working in tandem with multiple agencies Strong analytical and data interpretation skills and experience working with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics & Data Studio, hands on experience with Google Tag Manager an asset Strong planning, forecasting, and budget management skills Knowledge of the AdTech landscape, experience negotiating technology contracts and media buys an asset Proven track record of executing large scale campaigns and managing >$1M dollar monthly budgets across multiple channels Track record of launching innovative growth strategies Experience in conversion rate optimization and working with digital product teams an asset Customer-centric mindset, great attention to detail, great communications skills, willingness to adapt to rapid change, and ability to prioritize Why Goodfood?
