Job Description: Marketing Director Department: Regional Support Services Reports to: Chief Operating Officer Position Overview: The Director of Marketing is principally responsible for multichannel marketing and branding efforts across the ATCCC enterprise with the goals of 1) increasing awareness of the ATCCC comprehensive spectrum of care to put hope within reach, and 2) maximizing value for the ATCCC brand through marketing excellence (moving from brand compliance towards best in industry marketing execution).

To achieve these goals, The Director of Marketing will focus on aligning key messaging with audience through the most appropriate channels of communication, for Donor Development, as well as each practice area within our comprehensive approach including but not limited to: Long Term programming (Adult & Teen Challenge), Ready Now Recovery (outpatient program), ATC Resale Thrift Stores, and vehicle donation shops (vocational training), and Community Office (prevention, community-based discipleship).

In setting the direction for external communications, the Director of Marketing will work closely with Divisional Leaders, Donor Development as well as the Regional Support Team Members.

This position is based out to the regional administration office.

This is a full-time, salaried position.

A commitment of forty hours per week is expected.

Primary Responsibilities: Providing strategic leadership and implementation of marketing, digital marketing, communications, media relations, content strategy, brand management and audience development.

Development and execution of Annual Strategic Marketing plan that clearly connect marketing tactics to strategies, and strategies to department goals and aligns with the budget.

Provide leadership and direction to third party advertising companies, content creators, graphic designers and media personal.

Ensuring projects are on track and moving forward to meet all deadlines.

Steward content creation across the organization, including copywriting for use in web, print, email, donor communications, social media, and more.

Develop and implement strategies for social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, etc.

Providing direction and execution of all outward newsletters, appeals, and new donor cultivation projects, and monthly partner communications.

Developing and implement an in-house communications newsletter monthly.

Providing leadership on all advertising items for marking, ensuring that our brand guide is being followed.

Providing brand and creative direction for Marketing projects, whether executed within house, in the field, or via outside partners.

Staying up to date with best practices in marketing across the Adult & Teen Challenge network, within the not for profit space, and beyond.

Secondary Responsibilities: Trained and willing to cover holidays for staff in other RSS department Assist on special projects and developments as requested.

Budgetary: Evaluate and review annual marketing budget, providing recommendations for budget changes annually.

Works within the marketing budget, maximizing the return on investments.

Schedule: Plan and communicate you work schedule.

May be requested to work evenings / weekends upon request.

Remote work and schedule flexibility available.

Decision Making: Is able to communicate and report suggested changes with the appropriate Director for approval.

Qualifications : Able to lead with excellence Able to follow and assist in achieving budgetary goals Strong communication and planning skills Working Knowledge of computers and systems Proficiency with Apple & MS Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and/or Google equivalents.

Skilled with graphic design tools, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign or willing to obtain training.

Willing to take on assigned learning and courses for professional development of skills.

Ability to develop concepts into a fully materialized design.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
