Title                       Manager of Marketing, Communications & Events, Nanny Angel NetworkReport                  Executive DirectorTerm                     Full-timeScope                    Develop and deliver on marketing, communications and the events needs of the organization.  Create and maintain effective and measurable marketing and communication strategies to advance brand recognition and support the work of the Nanny Angel Network. Responsibilities: Key DeliverablesAdministration·         Organize manual and electronic filing systems·         Receive and manage marketing and PR inquiriesMarketing and Communications·         Create and implement marketing/communications annual plan·         Create marketing program to recruit volunteers; and to increase referral base·         Execute and implement a comprehensive social media strategy with facebook, twitter, Instagram to support organizational goals·         Ensure the consistent application of NAN corporate branding across all media·          Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and modify if necessary·         Produce, maintain and update NAN brand manual·         Write and produce NAN annual report ·         Write and produce NAN Gala publication·         Work with consultants to design and update website; write and manage content and graphic updates·         Write, design, edit and distribute electronic newsletters·         Write blogs and reports and distribute accordingly·         Undertake media relations including: writing press releases; managing media list; and pitching stories to mainstream media·         Plan content and social media strategy to support all fundraising activities·         Monitor and measure effectiveness of all communication platforms·         Create PowerPoint and other presentation materials·         Produce other marketing and communication activities in support of the organizationEvents·         Provide support to the gala committee in the execution of the annual Angels and Heroes Gala·         Provide support to all 3rd party events·         Create new fundraising events annually·         Provide support for a donor recognition event·         Manage activities related to the Young Professionals Group including annual event·         Provide support to all events hosted by or in support of NAN CompetencyAdaptability·         Demonstrates flexibility in the face of change·         Projects a positive demeanor regardless of changes in working conditions·         The ability to manage and execute on multiple conflicting prioritiesPlanning and Organizing·         Time Management: Determines the appropriate allocation of time·         Space Management: Effectively manages the workspace (i.e.
