Manager, IT Risk and Governance Specialist

The Team The Transformation Office plays a critical role in enabling Enterprise Technology to deliver against its mission to b ring innovation and value to the Bank with confidence and reliability, by acting as a catalyst for Risk Management across the division.

The Role The Risk and Governance Specialist will play an active role on the team by collaboratively assessing, researching, analyzing , investigating, and monitoring various risks for Enterprise Technology.

Findings will lead to a prioritization of remediation tactics to be coordinated with internal partners, tracking of action plans, and reporting.

They will also play an active role in overseeing Audit resolution activities for the portfolio.

Some of the key accountabilities include: Maintain overall purview on all audit activities pertaining to the ET portfolio – establishing regular touch point to ensure timely closure of issues, in partnership with internal department, audit teams and business partners Actively engage with teams throughout the audit process to provide informed advice and counsel to partners Develop robust IT Risk related controls and processes, ensuring controls are maintained and adhered to in the assigned IT portfolios.

Raise awareness of the importance of Risk management across ET using diverse methods and tools, creating a risk culture in line with the organization’s risk appetite Derives insights, identifies systemic issues and elaborates solutions/ approaches/ tactics to address these in an efficient and proactive manner What you Bring to Succeed Breadth of IT and Risk management experience (governance, operations, audit, control functions, compliance, and risk management), over 5 years.

Data analytics and visualisation (PowerBI/Excel) Excellent communication and presentation skills (written/verbal) Proven relationship management skills Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified in Risk and Information System Control (CRISC) are assets.
