– BI Operations Rogers is seeking a manager to lead a team of full-time and contractor employees to manage, support and enhance the Data Warehouse Platforms (Oracle, Informatica, Azure, AWS, PowerBI, Tableau).

Reporting to the Snr Manager, BI & Platform Operations of Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) at the Rogers Park Brampton and Toronto Campuses this individual will be responsible for ensuring platform and data availability across the data warehouse platforms What you’ll be doing:
– Manage a team of full time employeesPerformance reviewsMentoring
– Stakeholder ManagementManage relationships and expectations with Stakeholders.Develop, lead and execute roadmaps to support business objectives
– Vendor ManagementManage vendor resource engagementsManage vendor deliverables to ensure compliance to Rogers standardsDrive vendor efficiencies through automation optimization of processesManage vendor SLAs to ensure compliance and quality
– Operations ManagementEnsure platform and data availability to exceed availability SLAsManage capacity and platform planningDrive incident recovery and problem managementCo-ordinate change management activities across delivery and operations teamsDrive efficiencies through automation and optimizationDrive platform roadmaps to ensure currency and capacity
– Driving Process and Tool improvements to optimize Rogers operations and cost efficiencies.

– Lead and participate in teams to meet fast-paced deliverables with quality and efficiency.

– Work closely with the ED What you have:
– Minimum of 1 year of Data Warehouse experience.

– Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations Production Support.

– Minimum 2 years of experience in people management.

– Proficient with SQL queries, query optimization and table design.

– Ability to multi-task on multiple high priority projects deliverables.

– Proven passion for driving process improvements
