Learning Consultant On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Learning Consultant.

Learning Consultant – Job Description The Learning Specialist is responsible for partnering with the Senior Managers Learning Solutions Architecture and other program leads to support in developing learning plans tied to Branch Banking, working across the CoEs to develop proposals tied to talent programs and tactics and building executive-level presentations to support the overall program.

Partner with Sr Manager, Retail Transformation & Sr Manager, Retail Branch Banking to develop strategic program recommendations for Branch Banking across the CoE’s Develop analysis on learning trends impacting retail banking and identify best practices in market that could be adapted into overall transformation program strategy Perform research (both internal and external) to supplement and inform analysis and recommendations Partner with Sr.

Managers to build executive recommendations and updates on program developments Support Sr Manager in gathering feedback from field / end users, partnering with Managers and vendors (as applicable) to run design thinking sessions and ensuring strategies are best-fit for the field Create executive updates, working across the team, to consolidate and present progress updates for senior stakeholders Identify and implement initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the HR Future Ready Talent & Learning team Support the project team in brainstorming and whiteboarding sessions to convert ideation to action LI-LR1 Learning Consultant – Mandatory Skills 3 years’ experience as a Learning Consultant in HR, Talent or Consulting Advanced PowerPoint (prepare fancy decks that look like a graphic designer did it) Experience presenting a strong story/narrative in a PowerPoint deck to executives Strong influential / persuasion skills to present business cases to stakeholders Knowledge of current/emerging market trends, strong research skills (to identify emerging practices) Knowledge of project/program support, planning & implementation (i.e.

They have rigorous project mgt.

standards; Need to understand what a project plan is & understand their component & their timeline) University degree (preferably in a business or learning discipline) Able to work in a faced paced env.

(as the project is fast paced & agile) Able to learn independently Resilient to project changes (need to be responsive and resilient to that) Ability to absorb, synthesize and analyze significant amounts of information/ research Enjoy working on complex issues and generating business-oriented creative solutions Have proven planning and project management skills, with an ability to provide oversight and coordination of multiple projects/changing priorities, concurrently under tight timelines and with multiple stakeholders Ability to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders including executives, program support, external partners and vendors Ability to work and operate in a face-paced environment Ability to continually assess and prioritize workflow based on the needs of the project Ability to tolerate some ambiguity and lend structure the work to move it forward Learning Consultant – Nice to Have Skills Experience as a Training Coordinator/Learning Consultant in Adult Learning Certificate in Adult Learning Experience in bank/retail banking MBA Learning Consultant
