Executive Director, Lead Generation (Remote US)

Description Executive Director, Lead Generation Delivers against the committed to customers strategic priority pillar by applying a data-driven approach to the identification, development, execution and measurement of pipeline growth efforts.

This includes a focus on time-bound growth campaigns, clearly defined pipeline-driving efforts, tightly coordinated across a variety of go-to-market (GTM) functions including but not limited to Business Development; Business Insights & Market Intelligence; Global Corporate Communications & Marketing; Sales Operations; Sales Enablement (Strategy, Training, ADC/Prospecting) as well as functional or therapeutic experts.

This role also provides strategic leadership and management necessary to ensure that the Company is as effective as possible in its integration of sales efforts across its respective Business Units and divisions to ensure aggressive and successful growth of the company.

Drive change management initiatives across Strategic Business Development and partner functions to align critical stakeholders.

Job responsibilities: In partnership with SVP, Sales Strategy and Enablement and various GTM functions, develop and launch sales/prospecting and lead generation strategies to facilitate pipeline growth in areas aligned to Company priorities; work closely with Business Insights to understand market dynamics and opportunities where the Company can drive maximum growth Develop precision guided campaigns and conference lead generation and customer engagement strategy aligned to Strategic Business Development team and organizational priorities to increase pipeline.

Ensuring the execution and operationalization of Conference lead generation and customer engagement strategy in partnership with various GTM and Operations stakeholders to maximize impact at critical industry eventsInfluence key stakeholders across the organization to drive accountability in a matrix model across the organization to ensure maximum pipeline growth, lead generation and ROI on investments in conferences and campaigns.

Partner with Global Corporate Communications & Marketing to enable
– through content development and direction with subject matter experts
– marketing strategies designed to prime the market for BD conversations, support sellers and generate leads.

Create a process and system for utilizing catalyst events (database lock, regulatory filing, etc.) to trigger sales, subject matter expert/project manager and/or marketing activities in order to proactively capture the next phase of work Ensuring the maximum conversion of Syneos Health customer pipeline across phases of development in all market segment aligned to campaigns; partner with sales operations and sales leaders to set expectations and metrics to be reported to Executive Leadership; work with Sales Ops, IT and Finance to develop dashboards for real-time view of key metrics.

Implement and communicate sales-wide change management initiatives related to accountability, tracking/reporting and conversion generated through campaigns and conferences.

This includes working closely with the sales leadership team to drive employee engagement around understanding and belief in the adopted change management strategy and processes.

(e.g., business transformation, account planning and execution, strategic targeted approaches, communications, etc.) Ensuring the execution and operationalization of Conference strategy in partnership with various stakeholders to optimize presence and impact LI-EM Qualifications What we’re looking for MA/MS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Extensive executive and/or senior management experience preferably in worldwide clinical research, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company, or equivalent in education and experience.

MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.

Comprehensive management skills and experience, including but not limited to short and long-term planning, sales, and directing and motivating staff.

Self-starter with cross functional leadership experience is a must.
