About this opportunity The Director, Customer Engagement is a proven sales and operations leader whose energy, focus and determination are matched by well-developed selling skills and process management experience.

They will manage the Invisalign Pro Program responsible for increasing our customers knowledge and usage of Invisalign and iTero products.

This leader will also support Localization and Customer Improvement efforts within the US, inspiring our customers through their digital journey with localized support that brings the right solutions to them as they go.

You will work closely with US Sales & Marketing leadership to implement strategies that support the needs of the commercial teams.

In this role, you will… Leads the Invisalign Pro team to meet applicable sales objectives and program development targets.

Manage people managers who are located in North Carolina and Costa Rica offices.

Identifies and implements strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize sales performance.

Manages departments Sales Strategy, Clinical Strategy, and Customer Service, while still driving towards an improved customer experience that encourages increased utilization and adoption of the Invisalign and iTero product lines.

Lead projects that require working with cross-functional teams and strong attention to detail Manage and coach senior leaders/managers.

Performs ongoing analysis of customer engagement and takes the necessary measures to increase product usage and adoption.

Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals .

In this role, you’ll need… BA and or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years’ sales experience, with previous senior management experience.

Demonstrated success through the application of a sales methodology and process management.

Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication and active listening skills.

Possess a proven record of maintaining a high level of client and employee satisfaction and a strong affinity with the business development process and organization-wide culture.

Strong analytical and business planning skills.

Proven leadership and general management ability.

Bottom-line and results oriented.

Ability to plan and follow through on projects.
