This role is a resource to the National Sales Team, as well as overseeing to include, estimates, grease trap installations, grease trap repairs, and drain flushing, employee training, process and procedures for standardization and quality control.Key ResponsibilitiesIdeally, you have superior leadership skills. You know what it takes to inspire a team of people, and help everyone move in the same direction. Through your tremendous relationship building skills, and acute sense of how to motivate your people, you have the ability to elevate the capabilities of the team.You have a strong track record in health and safety, good strategic vision, and belief in truly taking care of your customers in the best way possible.Also, you will have had experience in operations management and project management, particularly in a unionized setting. You’re someone who can coordinate complex grease trap installations with technicians and subcontractors, source all required material, build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, support and provide knowledge to the Sales team, Operations team and Subcontractors as well as assist all other divisions nationally on all ancillary service and installation matters. Your excellent technical ability and plumbing experience is complemented by your common sense and good judgment, allowing you to make solid decisions that help the company achieve its goals.Typical hours are Monday to Friday.
