Account Manager

Core Duties and Responsibilities include: Collaborate with clients and manage the day-to-day relationship in a professional, ethical, and disciplined manner.

Work with other team members to integrate Venture Play offerings into a holistic approach based on our partner’s needs.

Manage the integrated communications planning process from start to finish across all consumer points of connection.

Ability to see opportunity to optimize plans to drive incremental value.

Responsible for client satisfaction metrics, client acquisition goals, and profit goals.

Deliver on our promise to partners, create contact reports, budget control reports, and estimates in a timely and appropriate manner.

Deliver the Venture Play brand consistently and effectively to all existing and new clients.

Desired Skills and Experience You have 4-5 years of experience in the marketing and/or communications field.

You have 1-2 years leading multi-channel campaigns managing Account Coordinators and other member of cross disciplinary teams.

Agency experience will be considered a significant asset.

You keep abreast of the latest marketing trends and campaigns.

Experience in developing direct to consumer strategies on various platforms.

You can adapt to quickly changing projects and the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
