We hope our search ends with you. Sales Coordinator:Your primary goal in this role is to support the sales people on your team by taking care of the administrative side things. Your work will win the trust of our clients, as every detail is expertly handled. It will also enable sales people to focus on growing the business. This role is key to the success of our business. Every day is going to be different, as you juggle multiple demands. You’ll be supporting sales representatives with their own processes on the go, which will each be at different stages from initial pitch to final payment. You’ll liaise with customers who need things that don’t require a sales person. You’ll gather information from vendors, put together quotes, and offer your knowledge to the team’s collaborative problem-solving process. These demands will compete for your time, in a high-pressure, high-paced environment. You’ll learn to go where you’re needed most, managing demands by leveraging your exceptional communication skills, and attention to detail. This is different from many administrative or support roles. They love our products, and appreciate our approach to service. The Details:  This is a full-time permanent position, working out of our impeccably designed and furnished downtown office. You’ll work from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience. We take care of our people. Qualifications:Here are our need-to-haves:* 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: project coordination, technical administration, interior design and/or sales support* Experience in a customer service, or customer-facing role* Experience using Excel, including advanced formulasAnd here are our nice-to-haves:* Experience using Khameleon, 20/20, or other systems designed for the commercial furniture industry. * LEED certification, or working towards this* Experience in the furniture industry, particularly in a dealership* Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related fieldHow to Apply:Our online application will give you the option to apply to this role as a complete person – not just a resume.
