The Representative, BAP Channel Account Sales develops and supports assigned Brother Authorized Partner (BAP) accounts with a primary focus on Small-Medium Business (SMB) and Brother Workhorse Protected products.

This role develops strategic partnerships with assigned Gold-level BAP partners, and other high-potential target reseller/VAR accounts identified by our internal teams to drive increased sales and meet the individual’s sales quota in an assigned geographical territory.Account Management Territory Management Provide a single point of contact to manage all aspects of assigned partner relationships Achieve assigned sales quota Sales Support Provide pre
– and post
– sales support including: product information, marketing needs, sales strategy, bid-pricing support, joint call support, TCO analysis, new product releases, etc.

Recruitment Target, qualify and develop new reseller partners (net new Gold partners, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and high-potential Silver-level partners) Onboarding Introduce existing and new partners to BAP program benefits, programs of support, SMB/CMD sales & marketing contacts and resources, with the goal of increasing Brother revenue for the Company and partner Sales & Marketing Enablement Engage additional Brother Sales & Marketing personnel, when appropriate, to maximize sales opportunities Engage with Distribution and SMB sales teams, CMD, and B2B/B2C Marketing Arrange and attend on-site customer events (trainings/Rolling-thunder-style events, QBRs, sales engagements and tradeshow attendance) Travel to outside customer events up to 50% of the time, depending on the season Reporting & Administration Provide reports including but not limited to: monthly sales reports, VPP reporting, competitive updates, SAP Cloud, C4C, or any requested reporting from the DOS Conduct demand forecasting, projecting monthly needs by product for specific end-user opportunities and expected rollouts, through the corresponding reseller and engaged Brother sales teams (SMB/CMD, and Distribution) Maintain an accurate calendar, expense reports, and other PTO requests, and other standard Brother administrative requirements Program Management Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of any current or future Brother reseller programs, individual approved reseller programs, and the loyalty program Reporting & Administration Provide reports including but not limited to: monthly sales reports, VPP reporting, competitive updates, SAP Cloud, C4C, or any requested reporting from the DOS Conduct demand forecasting, projecting monthly needs by product for specific end-user opportunities and expected rollouts, through the corresponding reseller and engaged Brother sales teams (SMB/CMD, and Distribution) Maintain an accurate calendar, expense reports, and other PTO requests, and other standard Brother administrative requirements Program Management Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of any current or future Brother reseller programs, individual approved reseller programs, and the loyalty program QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar field (or equivalent experience) Preferred Experience: Minimum 3 years Direct sales experience, with a track record of closing business; preferably with knowledge of Value-Added Resellers, Dealer, or Distribution sales channels ​ Software/Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software (Salesforce preferred) ​ Other Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) Ability to negotiate with, influence, and present to customers Ability to understand and analyze data This role will be a hybrid role.

Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week.

Assigned office days will be determined by managers.
