Outside Sales Representative – Advertising Services (Maternity Leave Contract)

Their products are unique, new advertising Media Vehicles with no direct competitors. Their clients have included national advertisers, regional advertisers and smaller local players.
They’re looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Retail sales rep to join their team on a Maternity Leave contract. 
About the Role – Advertising Sales Rep:

  • Prospecting for new accounts (target 20 Meetings / week)
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing/previous advertiser accounts
  • Cold calling on small, medium and large advertisers either directly or through their Ad Agency
  • Attaining and/or surpassing sales targets
  • Creating proposals for prospective advertisers
  • Assisting clients with ad designs and coordinating with Production
  • Managing a GTA territory

About You:

  • Must have access to a vehicle (you will be going on 15+ meetings/week)
  • Have to be a HUNTER – not afraid of picking up the phone and being creative to get leads!
  • 2+ years B2B sales experience, with a preference on selling to local businesses
  • Strong network, relationships, and proven sales results
  • The right attitude – driven, passionate, persistent, strategic, accountable and fun
  • Entrepreneurial – you are independently managing a GTA territory without a lot of hand-holding
