– LEARN THE ROLE WITH 3 MONTHS OF ON-THE-JOB TRAINING Research child care programs online to learn more about their philosophies, pedagogies and propensity to adopt innovative technologies.

Cold and warm call decision makers (owners, directors and supervisors) to discuss their needs and pain points.

Chat with interested early childhood professionals so they can learn more about the benefits of our early learning solution.

Apply problem solving skills to understand if our app is a good fit for the early childhood professionals you speak with.

Book online demonstrations with Account Executives for qualified child care programs.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly quotas based on bookings of qualified online demonstrations.

Celebrate your success daily, weekly and monthly in team huddles, one-on-one coaching and company celebrations.

STEP 2
– PUT ON YOUR GAME FACE, BECAUSE THE PARTY’S STARTING Upon successful completion of your three month training program, you will officially graduate to be a fully-fledged Junior Account Executive.

As a Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from calling leads to qualifying prospects and closing accounts.

Be accountable for your monthly sales quota and build out a thorough pipeline to ensure that targets will be successfully achieved.

Negotiate agreements with prospects and keep accurate records of sales and other pertinent information in our CRM (Salesforce).

Celebrate your success daily, weekly and monthly in team huddles, one-on-one coaching and company celebrations.
