IT Audio Visual Services Support Specialist

Your opportunity Our Toronto office is looking for an IT Audio Visual Services Support Specialist to join our IT team and own the following responsibilities: Manage the A/V infrastructure throughout the firm.

Work with Senior Manager and colleagues to manage and review existing A/V standards across all offices.

Moderating and troubleshooting during large meetings and events where applicable.

Produce and facilitate large webcasts where applicable Develop or Enhance user and IT training documentation for A/V and collaboration tools Work with Senior Manager, vendor, and business stakeholders to implement and support enterprise-grade A/V services Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the installation and management of A/V services Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of audiovisual equipment and knowledge base articles Other tasks as assigned How do we define success for your role?

Y our experience and education You have a University Degree or College Diploma in Network Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience combined with at least 2 years of experience with Crestron, Polycom, and Barco Click Share.

You have working knowledge and experience in the design, development, and implementation of Audio Visual networks You have working experience in moderating large meetings involving A/V and collaborative tools You have strong knowledge of MS Suite of products (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint) You have a demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and in a team environment, because most projects require input from individuals with different roles You have excellent analytical, time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with tight deadlines You are a self-starter and strong multi-tasking capabilities with proven experience in identifying and balancing priorities You have self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends If you have knowledge of Microsoft Teams and network technologies, it is considered an asset Why BDO?
