– Toronto, Ontario Full Time Permanent Position Rôle et responsabilités Do you have at least 5 years of progressive sales experience in a high technology medical environment?

Our Client is seeking an Account Executive possessing a solid track record of accomplishment as well as the proven ability to successfully lead Account Managers and Sales Specialists to work together coaching them to achieve their account plans, goals, measurable performance outcomes and overall business objectives.

The successful candidate will develop comprehensive strategies to drive team success and own customer relationships at the C-Level in Tier-1 Accounts.

Additionally, the successful candidate will leverage business and partnership relationships by researching the account to understand its operating model, business challenges, critical metrics, issues goals and growth strategy in order to develop the Company’s Portfolio solution-based strategy to retain and build toward a fully standardized product portfolio.

Communicate, align, and drive the team to contribute to development of and to execute on the account strategy.

Negotiate and oversee development of contracts for compliance, terms and conditions, renewals and extensions.

Analyze account status to understand total account and hospital specific activity leveraging the funnel into larger bulk buy and standardization opportunities.

Leverage the Company’s Business Tools to understand customer business needs and provide targeted solutions to include software and services Coach AMs in executing their business and hold them accountable for their results.

Participate in customer meetings to closure.

Assist the Account Manager in Finalizing Closing opportunities Develop and leverage relationships to assist the sales team in deal execution.

Create and sustain relationships with the Corporate-level Executive senior players as the single contact point at the Company.

Coach the sales team to meet and manage customer expectations throughout the sales process.

Build a strong internal network and align key players to support the delivery of value to our customers and execute deals.

Maximize the customer experience by creating a predictable process of information gathering and exchange to aligning the account team to present a coordinated and efficient approach to the customer.

Develop internal relationships to drive resolution of customer issues; as well as utilize applicable tools to share knowledge and develop conversations across all businesses Work with Regional Sales Manager to set clear expectations and communicate regularly to promote understanding.

Foster a culture of teamwork and information sharing.

Create a strong culture of development by building the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

Develop and practice effective coaching skills to create a high performing team.

Ensure the usage of standard processes and guidelines by the sales team.

Coach Account Managers to create winning account and deal strategies Identify and build a strong funnel of growth potential by analyzing contract status, standardization plan, evaluating current contracts, products, needs, care gaps install base, and construction strategies to leverage into deal strategies.

Solidify the Trusted Advisor Role by providing market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape information, healthcare legislation information that assists the customer in reaching its goals.

5 years of progressive sales experience in a high technology medical environment, with proven record of achievements along with superior negotiation and sales closure skills.

Consultative customer approach, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationship with customers.

High energy, strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and results oriented.

Superior communication (written, verbal and listening) paired with impeccable interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of medical equipment and its applications.

Business acumen with the ability to contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans.
