In-House Leasing and Real Estate Sales Associate


This is a Full-time position in Toronto, ON posted July 18, 2019.

About Us Medallion Capital Group is a full-service real estate company specializing in real estate development, property management, real estate sales, and mortgage brokering/financing.

We are seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team to lease our clients vacant properties and to handle any buy/sell transactions on behalf of our numerous clients.

$30,000 base salary, plus an aggressive commission split structure on deals.

• Research comparable properties available and provide clients with rental price estimates.

• Prepare “For Lease” ads for vacant client properties.

This includes, but is not limited to: taking photos, writing ads, posting vacancies to various sites, etc.

• Meet with prospective renters and take them on tours of units of interest.

• Collect application fees and security deposits (if applicable).

• Conduct credit checks and other background requirements to qualify potential renters.

• Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and regulations.

• Coordinate and arrange move in/out property inspections with tenants.

• Liaise with current tenants regarding maintenance work, entry notices, etc.

• Issue tenant-related notices i.e.

N1, N4, etc.

• Liaise with all tenants to ensure an easy and enjoyable tenancy.

• Meet with various realtors to discuss pricing and sales strategy on behalf of Medallion clients.

• Liaise with all tenants, condominium owners, and Property Managers to ensure an easy and enjoyable tenancy/residency.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• A real estate training course completed or in the process of being completed.

• Must hold a license to transact (buy/sell) real estate in Ontario Skills
• MS Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent Communication skills
