If you are someone who approaches work with passion, curiosity and the courage to innovate, then this role is for you We are looking for a Transactions Coordinator to join the Corporate Real Estate team.

The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the Corporate Real Estate department by preparing contractual and legal documentation and reviewing and interpreting real estate documentation including leases and purchase and sale agreements.

Additionally, the candidate will be providing land assistance and various other supportive functions to the team.

This position will provide you with exposure to various levels across the organization as well as areas within the Real Estate function.

This position will report directly to the Manager, Real Estate Transactions.

What You Get To Do: Drafting, reviewing and editing of various real estate contractual agreements including but not limited to: Lease Agreements, Assignments, Lease Renewals, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Landlord/Tenant Notices, etc Prepare ancillary legal documents and correspondence.

Drafting lease area proposals and creating cost summaries.

Land Titles investigation and interpretation including Spin II searches and resolving challenging inquiries.

Lease and transaction reporting, tracking and documenting.

Preparing and distributing rental notices and creating invoice requests.

Engaging with internal departments, third party property management companies, landlords, tenants and others to finalize negotiations or documents Maintain an efficient file system, filing and archiving documents appropriately, and data entry into the property databases by extracting information from contractual documentation.

General administrative duties.

Who You Are: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant College Diploma
– Minimum Formal Education Experience in surface land and navigating Spin II High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Strong understanding of processes as it relates to commercial real estate Proven ability to interpret and draft real estate agreements and navigate through the nuisances of each document with ease Strong work ethic with a high attention to detail Excellent time management and organizational skills What We Offer: A culture based on caring, integrity, agility, collaboration, and striving for excellence Competitive compensation Flex benefits Tuition assistance program Training and mentorship programs Charitable donation matching We would like to thank everyone for their application; however, only those being considered for an interview will be contacted.
