The Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence Specialist, would provide market and candidate research support to our geographical and functional Talent Attraction teams across the country.

The Specialist will be accountable for understanding these talent needs and using that information to create talent maps and execute robust search strategies to identify appropriate candidates in the external market.

This large amount of data would be translated into actionable information that could be leveraged by the recruiters and shared with their local leaders.

What you will do Partner closely with the geographical and functional Talent Attraction teams to understand their recruitment requirements to effectively research and map local, national and global talent Conduct candidate and market research through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and other sourcing techniques Develop and leverage external talent intelligence to support the local Talent Attraction teams’ long term talent growth strategy Create reports capturing talent market research that can be easily shared and understood by the TA community Become the Subject Matter Expert on our CRM and facilitate reach out to prospective candidates and share best practices and training tips to recruiters What you bring to the role You’re natural curiosity, coupled with your research skills allows you to leverage your abilities to identify the different skills available in the external talent market.

Your educational background and work experiences to date have honed your analytical skills and allow you to absorb and make sense of large amounts of data that you can synthesize easily for others to understand.

You are savvy with Excel and experienced using ATS and CRM to tap into talent.

Your communication skills are outstanding, with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy.

Your knowledge and experience with sourcing techniques is strong and you have a good grasp of Boolean logic and how to build search strings to target the talent we want.
