One of the most exciting aspects of joining our Business Development and Strategy Team is the chance to apply your skills to help bring strategic talent-facing initiatives to life for large employers. You will partner with our internal Subject Matter Experts to analyze and develop solutions to offer our clients, and work with the client-side HR leaders, communications teams, and change agents who rely on our thought leadership and industry leading employee-focused communications. It is a chance to work closely with talented cross functional teams to deliver the outputs and tools that make a difference.

The Job?

You will play a lead role in the development of strategic solutions and programs. Some of your efforts will include:

  • Developing solution-based proposals for enterprise-level client engagements. Some of our areas of work include Purpose, Values, Culture Transformation, Talent Attraction/Employer Brand/EVP, Capability Building, EDI, Performance, Recognition, Orientation & Onboarding, Learning.
  • Collaborating with inside sales/prospecting team to help Identify new business opportunities, and prepare, present, propose, and convert.
  • Developing strategic presentations, models, points of view throughout business development efforts and client engagements.
  • Developing solution frameworks that which will include embedding thought leadership, proposing timelines, mobilizing internal and external resources, developing budgets, and creating cost management structures for each program.

To sum it up, you’re a Consultant at heart, able to apply your strong problem solving abilities to break down complex problems into their base components and determine marketable pathways to their solutions.


 Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Strong business acumen, acquired in a business school setting as well as having worked and/or interned in a business environment.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset.
  • General knowledge and understanding of organizational structure and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills
  • Able to clarify complex information and identify value propositions and differentiators
  • Confident, proactive, and able to interact with all levels of management and business professionals
  • You are comfortable managing tight deadlines.
  • Personal integrity, discretion and a strong client service orientation is essential
  • Demonstrated self-starter and highly motivated to handle a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who also works well independently


Must Haves

In addition to the Experience, Knowledge and Skills described above, you MUST have the following:

  • University graduate, Business Focus
  • Previous internship and/or experience (1 to 2 years) in an organizational setting
  • Knowledge of and appreciation for complex Human Resources topics
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Experience with SharePoint and Project Management software would be nice to have
