Business Systems Analyst in Infrastructure Planning and Engineering, you have an opportunity to be part of a highly skilled team.

You will be responsible for formulating system scope and objectives, validating developed requirements, testing, training and implementing applications, and providing end user support.

You will perform tasks of technical depth and breadth, validating and documenting business requirements for assigned projects to ensure the maximization of operational efficiency, and ensuring project control procedures and policies are executed.

The role uses judgement and autonomy on day to day tasks, providing operational support for projects after implementation including problem resolution and recommendations to ensure ongoing success How You’ll Succeed Leading and Mentoring
– Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals.

Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.

Relationship Management: Maintain constructive relationships with colleagues within Technology Operations and Application Development teams to ensure shared accountability for overall success in reporting against Operational targets against Enterprise targets and contractual delivery expectations.

Maintain relationships with external partners and other external technology vendors/partners, who provide delivery and services related to compliance and governance items.

Understanding the implications of audit or risk related recommended solutions from both the technology and the business aspects to determine reasonable and workable reporting solutions.

You can understand user and business requests & potential issues interfacing the tool, configuration changes and testing fixes where required.

Experience with ServiceNow and Jira are considered an assets.
