Responsibilities Accountable for the workforce planning of talent; pro-actively manage the business needs and collaborate with recruitment team to enhance the candidate/employee experience Oversee human capital activities including total rewards, learning and development, recruitment and performance management Manage the integration of new mergers into MNP Digital Customize MNP Human Capital approaches for MNP Digital specific context and opportunities Work with Digital leadership to develop new ideas and approaches to improve work processes Network on behalf of MNP, acting as an ambassador for the organization Constantly scan the digital services landscape for industry trends and approaches that are relevant to MNP Digital Consult and mentor leaders through the talent acquisition process and on issues related to the application of policies, guidelines, disciplinary issues, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, legal matters, recruitment and developmental opportunities Lead teams to operational excellence, legislative compliance, human capital service quality, delivery and efficiency Lead annual programs including compensation and performance management; roll out people initiatives to the client groups and provide guidance for change management initiatives Prepare and deliver presentations for internal business; facilitate workgroups, training sessions and meetings Manage terminations as appropriate, conduct exit and stay interviews and participate in dispute resolution meetings Analyze statistical reports to identify and determine trends; identify and address issues that impact morale, effectiveness, turnover, absenteeism and productivity Oversee the facilitation of regional learning and development administration and programs Oversee disability management matters with benefits team members Lead a team of 4-5 human capital team members in executing the MNP Digital Critical Events Schedule Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary Skills and Experience Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty Completion of, or working towards, CPHR designation 7-10 years of HR leadership experience Professional and/or digital services industry experience is considered an asset Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills MyRewardsMNP More than a paycheque, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards for our team members.
