We are looking for an energetic and detail oriented office administration/bookkeeper to manage our accounting needs.

answering all emails and phone calls greeting clients as they come in in the showroom Making sure the showroom is tidy and inviting Creating invoices, quotes and contracts for all clients ordering products for clients Must have QuickBooks experience , knowing how to operate the system very well Weekly payroll for all employees paying bills checking bank statement Organizing and managing the office Excellent computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and other office programs Organizing projects in terms of delivery dates and service calls Punctual Perfect English, Speaking, Reading and Writing Office working experience for a minimum of 5 years is required
