We’re looking for self-motivated National Emergency Management Centre Operators who can multitask with confidence within a dynamic environment.

In this role, it is essential that the individual have an unwavering commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:
– Collect, triage, and dissemination of service requests to suppliers and communicate all reported incidents that require a response by Rogers Corporate Security Team.

– Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from internal Rogers business units, outside contractors, law enforcement and corporate security via telephone, radio, and intrusion alarm systems
– Engage with and assist subcontractors who respond to alarms or service requests
– Conduct regular health checks of security systems located across the country
– Assist with the review, collection, and sharing of data from CCTV and access control systems to aid investigations
– Assist with the programming of access control devices and employee cards
– Act as point of contact for security-related matters being escalated from sites or business units to Corporate Security
– Assist with bypassing of third-party alarm systems
– Completes daily/monthly/quarterly audit as required
– Reporting occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity, and crisis situations
– Exposure to Fire, and Life
– Available to work all shifts including holidays, weekends, nights, and evenings
– Perform other duties as assigned What you’ll bring:
– Previous experience in a security operations centre, or similar environment
– Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
– A history of thriving in stressful situations
– CCure and IndigoVision experience preferred
– Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) As a condition of hire, all new employees will be required to provide proof of vaccinations against COVID 19.
