Responsibilities and Duties

IFind Realty is seeking experienced Sales Representative to join our sales team. Our brokerage represents some of the largest and prominent homebuilders in Ontario. We have various new home sales opportunities coming soon

  • Greet and register prospective buyers
  • Establish rapport with prospective buyers to determine their immediate needs
  • Demonstrate available homes / lots
  • Influencing and creating urgency with prospective purchasers
  • Respond immediately to customer telephone, email or web requests for information
  • Upkeep and organization of lot files
  • Stay up to date with the local competition
  • Maintain knowledge of the local community amenities, schools, parks, recreation facilities, etc.
  • Perform other sales and administrative responsibilities as required

​Knowledge and Skills

  • Energetic, self-motivated and customer-driven individual with a positive attitude
  • Possess superior closing skills
  • A minimum of 1-2 years new home sales experience required
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Must be able to work as an individual and / or in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
