Junior Administrator, Customer Care

This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted October 8, 2021.

The Junior Administrator will assist with administrative duties to support the Customer Care Team.

Key responsibilities: Coordinating appointments between homeowners and trades Process work orders Respond to enquiries from members of the Customer Care Team Manage required departmental and external reporting Manage the department calendar for conciliations Review PDI & Tarion forms Competencies for this opportunity are: Professional and effective communication skills Great attention to detail Strong planning/organizing/prioritizing abilities Proficient in Newstar and Microsoft Office Preference given to candidates with construction industry and/or real estate experience If you are a team player and are up for the challenge in this dynamic and fast-paced environment, please submit your resume and salary expectations.
