If this sounds like a great role where you feel you can make a big impact, please apply Responsibilities: Partner closely with the Global Recognition Business Team and Solution Architect Team on overall strategic direction Champion the end-to-end recognition experience while ensuring business needs are met Co-create with stakeholders using design thinking techniques to bring new recognition program ideas to life Be a go-to expert for the recognition platform and its capabilities Understand current-state reality for key stakeholder groups such as Recognition Program Owners, Recognition Champions, Growth Market HR, etc.

Own stakeholder communications (calls, emails, other channels etc.) that articulate the right level of detail, to the right audience, at the right time Serve as central point of contact to collect requests for potential new capabilities Work with Solution Architect Team to: Prioritize and organize enhancements, keeping stakeholders informed on what is coming next Coordinate testing including identifying scenarios, finding and coordinating testers, run testing scenarios and collecting feedback Partner w/change and enablement resources to: Guide development of new materials, FAQs, help guides, etc.

Develop training approach Conduct experience tests Design and monitor KPIs to measure program impact Maintain process flows and documentation that reflects the as-is and to-be approach Develop strong working relationships with external vendors, Procurement and Recognition Operations Team Understand and escalate technical and/or user experience issues as they arise Participate in Workday design discussions as appropriate Assist with ad-hoc projects as applicable Role Requirements A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role may require working effectively across multiple time zones As this is a global role, the individual must be comfortable working remotely
