Your multi-faceted with the skill to create content for websites, social media, marketing materials and other platforms Not only do you make everything look pretty, you have a serious copy writing skills, consistently engaging our audiences while always identifying new ways to reach consumers.

Your communication superpowers allow you to craft both useful and appealing content about our company and products.

You have your finger on the pulse when it comes to knowing our audience, what they are interested in and how to engage them through our various marketing channels.

You work closely with the Marketing Manager and the Marketing team, to prepare and deliver marketing materials across various channels including print, digital, email, social media etc.

These subject matter experts focus on maintaining and managing our reputation, increasing brand awareness, and improving marketing efforts while building our community.

Our Content Creator is a highly energetic, outgoing, ‘glass half full’ kind of person.

They act as a company ambassador while being responsible for representing the marketing and communications needs of Altea Active, both physically at the facility, and through our online community.

Not only are you a total social media guru, but you also have a knack for building rapport with the member community.

To land this role you need to have; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, English or a related discipline.

Strong working knowledge of communication principles and practices.

Minimum of 1
– 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications and/or public relations an asset Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication with strong writing and editorial abilities.

Demonstrated success with Social Media tools such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube and others.

Content creation skills are an asset – photography, videography, editing Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva and other creative suites.

Has the ability to be an influential communications consultant within the organization.

CPR/First Aid certification (required to have a minimum of Emergency First Aid and CPR certification) required prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment.

CPR is to be renewed annually.

All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
