What our new Compensation and Benefits Advisor will focus on: Programs.

Lead the analysis of our benefits and compensation programs including: Annual compensation cycle and commission/sales plans.

Market compensation database including benchmark reviews.

Bonus Plans, including broad-based, manager and executive.

Compensation plan modelling and sales payment processes Improving and expanding benefit plans.

Collaboration.

Partner closely with: The payroll team to respond to organization-wide reporting requests and ensure data integrity in ADP.

Ensure governance protocols are aligned with the pay administration guidelines.

Finance for: Preparation of monthly bonus accruals for various bonus plans.

Cash flow requirements and timing for commission payments.

Budget preparation.

HR business partners to: Make research-based recommendations on internal compensation issues and compensation practice.

Serve as the subject matter expert for all HR data needs.

Enhance current reporting deliverables while exploring new and innovative ways to report and examine HR data.

Global expatriate program.

Support global compensation and benefits due diligence and integration initiatives.

Strategy.

Developing a world-class analytics collection strategy used to influence critical decisions.

Establish, maintain and continuously build credibility and knowledge of people analytics and insights.

Retention and reward of employees.

Assist in the identification of key drivers that will retain employees.

Drive performance and lead to a positive financial and operational performance.

So, how do we know you are the new Compensation and Benefits Advisor?

You have: The education.

A Bachelors degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation is an asset.

The experience.

3 years Compensations and Benefits administration experience.

You are an Excel super-user with the ability to use other analytics, databases, and statistical tools.

You can: Put data together to understand the big picture and speak confidently about insights.

Analyze large volumes of data to find trends, validate or negate hypotheses and make recommendations.

The accuracy.

Highly organized, extremely accurate and you work well under pressure.

You are: Process and governance oriented.

Confident in your ability to explore, recommend and learn new analytical methods and technologies.

Passionate about pursuing solutions and seeking continuous improvement.

Intellectually curious and an avid learner.

The interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to build relationships and the comfort to reach out to internal and external contacts to request information.

You are a team player ready to jump in whenever and wherever needed.
