– Level 3 On behalf of our client in the Public Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Citrix Administrator
– Level 3.

Citrix Administrator
– Level 3 – Job Description Work Management Management and administration of all Citrix infrastructure solutions, including XenApp 5.0, XenApp 6.5, XenApp & XenDesktop 7.x Support all Windows Server systems on physical/virtual workloads through maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective action, and system administration Maintain technical currency and support for the enterprise vSphere and Hyper V environments.

(i.e.

installing, configuring, patching and decommissioning of all vSphere& Hyper V infrastructure components) Repackage applications using Microsoft App-V 5.0 on Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 7 or higher Act as a technical resource for the testing of repackaged applications using SCCM, Citrix, App-V environments Develop, deploy and manage monitoring, reporting and alerting tools for the Citrix infrastructure, including day-to-day monitoring of the Citrix environment to ensure the integrity of all resource elements Execute Proof-of-Concept exercises to provide qualitative analyses and results for Enterprise Architecture Asset Management Act as 3rd level support for all VMware, Hyper-V and Citrix platforms, providing advanced assistance to end users and liaising with application vendor’s support when necessary.

Determine solutions to and remediation of issues relating to VMware, Hyper-V and Citrix technologies and all workloads and applications running over Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop, taking ownership of incident and problem tickets and driving to resolution.

Active Directory management, including crafting of and management of Group Policy Objects Service Management Act as Bin Manager for the Server and Storage team, assigning tickets and following up to ensure closure within SLA time periods Follow ITIL processes (Problem, Request, Incident & Change Management) Continuous Improvements Identify areas for continuous improvement, writing scripts and developing processes to automate daily tasks Creation, updating and management of technical documentation as required, including knowledge base articles, departmental processes and standard procedures Citrix Administrator
– Level 3 – Mandatory Skills 2 years of experience in a social media role, implementing and optimizing paid social campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of social platforms and ad managers, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.

Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills; advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.

Driven to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with management and peers; exceptional work ethic and high sense of urgency.

Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills; great attitude and go-getter spirit required.

Strong passion to work in a dynamic and ever-changing business preferred.

Working knowledge of attribution platforms.

Knowledge of testing practices, including A/B, multivariate, etc.

Citrix Administrator
– Level 3 – Nice to Have Skills Automated scripting with MS Powershell, VMware PowerCLI and /or Cisco UCS PowerTools a plus Experience migrating from Hyper-V to VMware is a plus Experience with scripting languages such as bat scripts, vbscripts, PowerShell scripts is a plus Citrix Administrator
