We are excited to be currently searching for an experienced Business Analyst who is passionate about problem solving and business improvement to join our FP&A team based on the Gold Coast, QLD.

How You’ll Shine As a Business Analyst you’ll be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of the business KPIs especially in the in marketing and sales operations areas.

Providing analysis of the various KPIs that drive the Marketing and Sales operations to lead improved decision making and assisting monthly forecast preparation and submission.

No two days are ever the same, however key duties of the role include: Develop and maintain accurate and meaningful reports via MS Excel and Tableau software based on defined KPI’s Provide modelling and analytical support to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) team Work with the business to develop innovative solutions to problems & suggest new ways of reporting, analysis and improving business processes Assist in project work, feasibility studies and variance analysis Assist with providing and reviewing data for current & future bonus plans and help address queries Support the Budget and Forecast process Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual bonus calculations, converting raw data into required payments for submission to payroll via MS Excel models and/or other relevant systems Perform the calculation of month end accruals, prepare and review relevant journals for month end reporting Ongoing and proactive communication with a range of stakeholders across all hierarchy levels in multiple countries to explain calculation models, address ad hoc queries with confidence, clarify while maintaining confidentiality What You’ll Bring 3-5 years experience in the field of Business Analysis /Management Accounting / Reporting / Business Intelligence / Data Science ideally with CPA qualification or working towards CPA Experience working with business intelligence reporting tools highly desirable (e.g.

Tableau, Power BI) Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with senior management and business operations Strong analytical mind set Advanced modelling skills using MS Excel Excellent data management skills Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and self-review Degree in Business Analysis / Data Science / IT / and /or Finance/Accounting highly desirable Ability to multi task and work effectively to produce results within strict timeframes Team player with the ability to work autonomously How You’ll Be Rewarded Wyndham Destinations is values driven and promotes continual growth and development for its people.
