OVERVIEW OF THE ORGANIZATION

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking to hire, ambitious, tech savvy individuals who will engage customers as well as run and manage the virtual reality experience. Applicants should be confident and comfortable setting up and maintaining the activation throughout the season.

A highly energetic and enthusiastic person who can attract and engage with consumers. You are consultative, consumer experience focused, an effective problem-solver, detail-oriented and you can handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. You have great communication and interpersonal skills, which allows you to integrate and work well within a team environment and individually to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and run promotional technology used during activations
  • Event and tech setup/tear down
  • The goal is to deliver and create an exceptional guest experience with the brand
  • Work well with and demonstrate respect for colleagues at all levels of the company to consistently contribute to a positive work environment and culture
  • Follow all Company Policies & Procedures and our Client’s corporate vision and core values
  • Setup and maintenance of several computers running our custom experiences
  • Troubleshooting custom and out of box PC software
  • Accessing errors and part failures of PC as they arise
  • Setup and troubleshooting handheld devices and tablets running custom and out of box software
  • Ensure all devices are charged and in good working order for each event

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Entertaining, High-Powered, Approachable & Sociable
  • Able to maintain high energy/stamina levels
  • The endurance to excite consumers
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Reliable and Punctual
  • Comfortable replacing components of an existing PC
  • Understanding of the components in a PC and how they function
  • Previous promotional, brand ambassador and/or customer service experience is an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs. while helping with event setup and tear down
  • Responsible to get themselves to and from the venue
  • 1-2 years of technical training an asset but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and proven ability to assess sales data and identify key trends, opportunities and risks
  • Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving & client service skills.
