A Customer Strategy Consultant is an integral part of the project team, delivering on our clients’ initiatives throughout the engagement.

Consultants are required to work closely with team leaders and our clients to deliver high quality analysis and insights across a range of different activities, including qualitative and quantitative analyses, identifying viable business strategies and synthesizing findings in presentation materials and other types of deliverables.

A Customer Strategy Consultant has multiple responsibilities, and are expected to contribute to the firm’s growth and development in a variety of ways: Identify suitable research methodologies, execute primary and secondary research; synthesize qualitative and quantitative research and identify key implications Synthesize key trends, sourced data and insights from Deloitte’s global network of industry and domain experts, to amplify the impact of your team’s work Work with your team to apply actionable insight throughout the design process, including concept and business model design, and launching and scaling solutions in-market Support the design and facilitation of engaging workshops with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders Support the creation of practical solutions and methodologies; help develop ”thoughtware” and ”point of view” documents; support industry and eminence events sponsored by the firm About the team We are committed to equity, inclusion, and diversity and encourage applications from all qualified candidates, especially those who identify as Indigenous, Black, POC, Women, Persons with Disabilities, and/or 2SLGBTQ About the team Deloitte’s Customer Strategy & Applied Design (CS&AD) team is composed of designers, researchers, and strategists.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you As a Consultant, you must have: A bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration and 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role in consulting or industry Strong analytical and organizational skills, supported by a fluency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and the ability to create and manage financial models The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous and changing requirements The ability to articulate leading business issues and trends Exceptional communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas to all levels of an organization, and effectively lead and manage all key stakeholders Why Deloitte?
