Industrial painter

AAA Canada inc.

This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted March 1, 2023.

AAA Canada is a manufacturing company that has been providing subcontracting and technical assistance to industrialization, production and maintenance processes for about 15 years!

We operate in the Aerospace, Ground Transportation and Energy sectors.

 

 

A typical day?

  • You will be located in the province of Quebec.
  • Prepare material before painting.
  • Pulverize liquid paint using high- and low-pressure paint guns
  • Inspect work on painted parts using specifications and correct as needed
  • Respect quality standards
  • Clean and store tools, material and hardware and ensure the work area is tidy
  • Retouch painted surfaces after drying as needed
  • Perform tasks, respecting safety rules
  • Perform related tasks at the supervisor’s request.

 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma, vocational high school diploma or equivalent training
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience with liquid paint
  • Relevant experience in manufacturing (field of HVAC) an asset
  • Knowledge of WHMIS standards
  • Excellent dexterity
  • Ability to read production plans and drawings
  • Attention to detail, regular attendance and organizational skills
  • Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent physical condition
  • Dynamic and resourceful
