Pricing and Supply Chain Coordinator

We are actively seeking to fill the regular full-time Pricing and Supply Chain Coordinator role at the office located in Mississauga, ON.

Main Responsibilities:

Working under the direction of the General Manager, the Pricing and Supply Chain Coordinator has the following main responsibilities:

  • Review customer’s requests and prepare sales rate quotations
  • Review customers sales representatives and global network requests for pricing on international imports/exports domestic distribution and trans-border requirements
  • Provide rates and market information to customers and internally
  • Provide assistance to improve products and services
  • Provide assistance in developing customer’s accounts
  • Answering customer inquiries related to sales / service matters
  • Responsible for resolving in a diligent business efficient manner customer complaints related to pricing or invoicing discrepancies. Implement measures to prevent their frequency and occurrence
  • Other tasks and duties assigned from time to time by the General Manager

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar position with an International Freight Forwarding organization
  • Experience of Air & Ocean – Import/Export logistics
  • Must have strong skill sets in utilizing excel, and other MS office applications
  • Basic knowledge of customs regulations (AMPS, B13, ACI, CSI, etc.) an asset
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment
  • Strong people and negotiation skills
  • Team player oriented
  • Ability to set priorities and organize workload assigned in an efficient manner
