One of our banking clients is looking for a Data Entry Clerk (Reconciliation and Audits) Length: This is a 3-month contract with a strong possibility of an extension Location: Toronto, ON Hours: Resources need to be flexible working in between 9-5 Role Mandate: This resource will be supporting the Operations team focusing on reconciliation and audits.

There is not a specific project(s) pegged for this resource, they are solely responsible for reconciling and auditing.

Candidate Value Proposition (CVP): This role provides contractor experience with the banking world and exposure to reconciliation and auditing.

There are opportunities for growth within the different departments within the bank as well.

Group Culture/Cross Functional Relationships:

– Requires both independent and teamwork

– Not client facing Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
– Review and audit transactions processed by other teams
– Reconcile and balance internal accounts
– Investigate and escalate out of balance accounts
– The candidate may be responsible for corresponding with other team members / business partners to resolve escalations and investigation requests Must-Have Skills:
– 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity (FI
– reconciliation/auditing)
– Attention to detail
– Enjoys reconciliation and auditing
– Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, advance excel (V-look up and pivot table) required.
