As a Software Operations Specialist, you’ll assume responsibility for for designing, implementing and managing operational processes that are required to support Software Solutions.

We’ll look to you to ensure consistent, holistic and scalable processes across the organization that meet the needs of the Software sales cycle.

This role is a dynamic and entrepreneurial position that sees you call upon your considerable talents, fact-finding and research to best understand the business requirements and design processes to meet those needs.

What you’ll do Process all Cloud Solution Provider Microsoft Agreements accurately and timely including monthly invoicing and reporting Investigate individual process requirements, including all relevant departments and coworkers Assist on level 100 Licensing inquiries Oversee management of Vendor reporting tools and Software Contract Management Manage Microsoft Operational Excellence Metrics Create processes that support the Software business, ensuring that all relevant coworkers and departments are included in the process design Manage Software Operations processes, including but not limited to: Software EDC maintenance, assist with vendor performance tracking (rebate, incentives, etc.), Deal registration, renewal management, adjustments, monthly billings, partner portals management, valid electronic orders What you need to succeed Must-have High School Diploma 1 year(s) of experience in a Licensing Operations role or equivalent experience 3 years of overall technology industry experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel including formulas, pivot tables and charts) Ability to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers, and coworkers Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions Flexibility and adaptability Nice-to-have College diploma or Bachelor’s degree Current knowledge of Microsoft licensing models as well as Microsoft core technologies Zuora Subscription billing experience Who we are: CDW is a leading technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare organizations in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
