Job Description
· Work with product owners to analyze, define and document the software requirements, write user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description
· Collaborate with UX to design and develop UI prototypes.

· Get insights into end user and customer needs.

· Work with the product owner to decide feature priority and make product roadmap
· Work with the development team and responsible to show business logic with varies diagrams
· Work with the quality assurance team to validate test plans, and participate in user acceptance testing Required work experience, skill and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent educational or professional experience
· 3 years of experience working in supporting multiple software projects in various IT roles.

· 2 years of Business Analyst or System Analysis experience in an agile environment.

· Working experience to dig deeper into customer requirements
· Hands-on skills to describe user stories with UI wireframe or prototype diagrams
· Hands-on skills to use diagram to clearly show concepts and ideas, including but not limited to Business Process Diagram , Sequence Diagram , State Chart , ER Diagrams , Use Case Diagram , Mind Map etc.

· In-depth knowledge of software development life cycles
· Exceptional written and verbal communications
