This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted May 11, 2018.

Job Description

Seeking person to serve in Product Manager & Customer Success Architect HyBrid role.

Ideal candidate would possess excellent technical skills and business mindset with emphasis on growing company revenue. Must have ability to successfully interact with customers on a daily basis as well as identify gaps in current product and work with development team to build new features.

This is a remote position, but the right person should be used to a startup grind.

2. Extensive technical background and knowledge of Salesforce
3. Ability to connect with customers at a technical, business and personal level

1. Should be able to connect with, build relationships, and provide value to executives.
2. Should be able to train developers on Flosum to improve the overall adoption of the software.
3. Should be able to document new features, demo these new features and successfully train users.
4. Should have the ability to consult with customers

– troubleshoot issues, provide necessary training, solicit feedback on the software, and show value of new Flosum features.
5. Should be able to monitor client relations and touch base with each client every single quarter.
6. Should be able to work with off shore development teams – in Russia and India.
7. Should be able to work with customers in global setting.
8. Should be able to evangelize Flosum to partners, Salesforce program architects, Sales team members, etc.
9. Should be able work off-hours when required.
10. Should have a business mind set focused on customer retention, renewals and customer growth.
11. Should be able to work on technical bugs, although most technical bugs are resolved off shore.
