058463-SAP FICA Analyst


This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted December 24, 2021.

•    At least 5 years’ functional or technical experience in SAP FICA Module implementation and support with 2-3 Full Life Cycle implementations.
•    Experience including ABAP debugging or coding.
•    Expert or thorough knowledge in BRF and its use in Dunning, Collection Strategy.
•    Hands-on experience with FICA configuration in SPRO including: business partner, account maintenance, Incoming & outgoing payments, Dunning, Credit worthiness, Clearing, Payment processing integration, integration with billing, down payments, Installment Plan/P2P, Interest on Cash security deposits, handling of cash security deposits, interest, charges & returns, external cash desk, write off and taxes.
•    Hands on experience in Contract Account Receivables & Payables handled by FICA for mass data & open item management
•    Good understanding of accounting principles and FI module (GL, AR, AP, finance) and hands on experience in integration with SAP Finance system.
•    Hands on experience in carrying out financial reconciliation and configuring FICA for auto consolidation to ensure smooth financial reconciliation, including financial closings
•    Hands on experience with interface design, maintenance, support and  integration with online & 3rd party payment collection agency.
•    Hands on experience in functional design of BI reports related to various FICA processes.
•    Working knowledge of integration with CRM/ECC is preferred.
•    Good understanding on Integration to other SAP and Non-SAP systems
    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), responsible, mature, works independently and at least 3 years of customer facing role.


Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:
You are a self-reliant analyst who has mastered at least one methodology.  You are developing your knowledge in a business and/or industry domain and an ERP solution or a technical tool / programming language. Possible positions could include being a Business Process Consultant describing processes, Requirements Analyst describing business / functional requirements or Package configuration.



• Qualification: Minimum3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: If possible seeking BA level 1.
• Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting
• Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge & Testing.
