We are hiring experienced recruiters across our rapidly growing business, especially in our volume hiring (like RPO) and managed direct sourcing divisions.

You will stand out if you have…

  • US and/or Canadian recruiting experience
  • Technical recruiting specialties – science, technology, engineering – an asset
  • ATS/VMS experience (ex. LiveHire, Fieldglass, Flextrack)
  • Pacific and Mountain time zones are particularly attractive
  • Remote anywhere in Canada or the US
  • Bilingualism (English and French)

 The practical stuff…

  • Full-time permanent work is the default but also open to other work arrangements (part-time, contract)
  • Salary bands are $60-$80,000/yr target compensation for independent recruiters and $80-$120,000/yr for highly specialized recruiters and recruiting leads

  • Remote work anywhere in Canada or the US, with the option to use our offices in major centres
