Randstad Sourceright, one of the world’s top Managed Services Providers (MSP), is looking for an MSP Specialist to join the team in Mississauga, ON.

A day in the life of an MSP Specialist will require you to: Be part of the Program Management Office team where you will work to meet/exceed delivery targets by acting as a main point of contact with both our client’s hiring managers and the suppliers that support the program.

Utilize the Vendor Management Software to administer and monitor the program’s recruitment activities.

Manage suppliers (recruitment agencies) to ensure the successful delivery of a contingent workforce.

Assist and direct the business in contingent workforce processes from initial resource requests through to contractor selection, management and offboarding/expiry Coordinate requests with suppliers and facilitate Supplier/Hiring Manager conference calls Guide and coordinate resources requests for approval, ensuring the appropriate level of approvals are obtained and recorded Manage the MSP email inbox by responding to inquiries or directing as appropriate Review and perform initial candidate screening Act as the first point of contact for all contractor related issues (performance, rate adjustments, amendments, extensions) Do you have what it takes?

College certificate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in staffing, recruitment, MSP account management or procurement Outstanding communication skills to successfully interface with clients (internal and external at all levels) Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) Understanding of contract language and contingent labour regulations and best practices Proactive with the ability to mitigate risks/issue minimizing the impact to client deliverable; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and process-driven environment Great people, great opportunities.
