IT Headhunter – Looking for role in Sales | Remote

Due to our impressive growth, we’re looking to add Executive Headhunters to join our Team and help boost our talent pool working closely with sales leaders.

Main Activities
– Constantly manage a large pipeline database of applicants to effectively identify hire sales talent.

– Maintain a strong professional network to surface qualified candidates when needed.

– Drive Full Life Cycle Recruiting including sourcing, interviews, specific exams, presentation to internal clients and closing of candidates.

– Act as a reference for the internal client and candidates during the process.

– Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy.

– Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area.

What are we looking for
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to receive feedback and build strong productive relationships.

– Great self-management capacity.

– 2 years of experience in a Recruiting role, with an emphasis on high volume sales roles or equivalent experience (desirable).

– Excellent English level (advanced at written and conversational level).

– Ability to work closely with a diverse and demanding group of hiring sales managers.
