Human Resources Manager

Ref ID: 05050-9502049469 Classification: Personnel/HR Supervisor/Mgr Compensation: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee the recruiting, compensation and training of our division?s employees.

Your major responsibilities include supervising local HR teams, implementing company policies and designing employees?

compensation and benefits plans.

To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of local labor regulations and experience with Human Resources Management Software.

Ultimately, you will ensure we build and maintain a strong local and regional employer brand.

Responsibilities Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs Design employees?

compensation benefits packages, set up company’s HR norms Define employment and onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture Design and implement company policies strategies that comply with the business objectives Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues Determine training plans based on the employees and departments Prepare and manage the budget of all the respective departments.
