Human Resources Coordinator


This is a Full-time position in Toronto, ON posted July 12, 2019.

– Medical Compensation: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour Our North York client is looking for an HR Coordinator to start immediately for a 6-8 month assignment The duties and responsibilities will include : ?

Attendance management (vacation, sick day, personal day etc.

tracking) Note we will be implementing an HRMS system by Q4 2019/Q1 2020 ?

HRMS migration support (update and ensure integrity of employee data and tracking of employee training and documents in preparation of move to HRMS, as noted above) ?

Assisting with SOP updates for HR functions ?

Full-cycle recruitment (resume screening, phone interviews, coordination of in-person interviews, conducting interviews, reference checks) ?

Special projects such as creating staff/ council/non-council presentations (content will be provided), updating form functionality and/or templates, research etc., electronic employee file clean-up etc ?

CHRP preferred ?

Strong technical skills i.e MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook), Adobe Pro ?

2-6 years HR administration experience ?

Minimum 2 years full-cycle recruitment experience ?

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written ?
