Bilingual Senior Recruiter 750 Hiring Bonus EligibleClub Demonstration Services (CDS) is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment processes for individual contributor, management and field operations positions.Duties include phone screenings, interviews, passive applicant sourcing, job offer negotiations and preparation of offer letters, background screening and on-boarding activities.This role partners with Hiring Managers to design, develop and implement strategic initiatives to recruit diverse talent including internal and external advertising and sourcing passive applicants for open positions.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail as they are responsible for reviewing recruitment documentations for accuracy, consistency and compliance with established regulations, policies, procedures and budgetary guidelines.CDS is the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco.
