As a Registered Nurse, you will be critical in Horizon’s ability to provide exceptional care.

    • Three references: clinical instructor, preceptor, and previous employer/volunteer leader
  2. You will receive an email containing a link to a screening questionnaire to complete.

    This provides information that helps match your interests to opportunities.

  3. You will receive an email containing a link to our Predictive Index Survey, a behavioural assessment that takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
  4. Our Talent Acquisition Team will arrange for you to meet with our interview team, which will consist of Nurse Managers that will recommend areas for employment.
  5. Our Talent Acquisition Team will work closely with you to discuss your career goals and areas of interest and specialization to find the best fit within the Horizon family.
