Dental Patient Coordinator – Dufferin Mall Dental

The team at Dufferin Mall Dental is searching for a detail-oriented, Portuguese speaking Dental Patient Coordinator to join us on a part -time permanent basis.

The Patient Coordinator will be primarily responsible foroptimizing patient experience through coordinating and facilitating all patient appointments from the time of booking to patient arrival, and finally to patient check-out at the end of appointment.

Working at Dufferin Mall dental, you will experience a team-oriented environment as it is a massive part of who we are SCHEDULE: 15-20 hours Monday
– Thursday 4pm to 8pm 2 Saturdays per month 9am to 3pm WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service or Dental Receptionist is preferred Portuguese speaking Availability requirements Strong customer service skills Who can effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal communication skills Ability to make patients feels comfortable at ease Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy 123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer.
